Cypress Falls Boys Varsity wins first game of the season

On Friday, the Cypress Falls Boys Varsity Team came from behind against Cy Ranch to claim its first win in their first game of the season. After falling behind 1-0 in the second half, Falls drew level with a highly contested penalty which was converted by Braulio De La Cruz. Falls won the game when a long range shot was well saved by the Ranch keeper, but Maxi Geronzini got onto the rebound and scored from a tight angle.

Cypress Falls Season begins Friday - maybe

The first games of the new season for both the JV and Varsity teams are this Friday, February 4th. However, with the threat of cold weather and potentially dangerous conditions on Friday we are waiting on CFISD to decide if the games go ahead. In case they do, the games are -

7pm Varsity v Cy Ranch

Important Schedule Change Information:

The Boys Tournament for this weekend has changed: We will no longer be playing at College Park but will instead be playing at Brenham at 6:00 pm on Friday, 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on Saturday.

Cypress Falls wins the 2011 HISD Invitational

The Cypress Falls Varsity Boys soccer team won the 2011 HISD Invitational Soccer Tournament in a dramatic come from behind win against Sharpstown at the Barnett Stadium on Saturday night.

Coming from 2-0 down at half time and 3-2 down late in the second half. The Cypress Falls team rallied twice to get their noses in front 4-3 just before the final whistle to be crowned as Tournament winners.
